It was substandard.we went to our original building out of 3 . They told us we had to go elsewhere because the other owner that shares my timeshare was not present. We went to 9 Keith St across the road . It looked like a building in Gaza. Garbage bags are not a very attractive look to the building by the entrance door. I know there was construction on the new addition, but at least clean up the mess of the building we were staying in. The hallways felt like a sauna. The service for supplies was horrible. If you needed fresh towels, it took 3 days at times. They would bring the wrong items that you needed . I think there was miscommunication between the person that answered the phone to the person in housekeeping that got the message. Thank God for the gracious housekeeping staff with their carts I could get some supplies from them. Would I stay here again 🤔 it would be at the bottom of my list for sure

Large apartment: two large rooms, two bathrooms with jacuzzi. Car is important if you want to travel around. Nice trails to walk in Collingwood.

Stayed at their sister hotel nearby Living Water Resort with an upgrade! Great location and nice hotel. All employees are helpful and attention are, would go back any day.

Great location for our golf trip. The units are appropriately furnished and roomy. The two bedroom units have two queens in one bedroom and a king in the other. Two bathrooms make it very accommodating for three senior male golfers.

The one bedroom unit we had was a good size but there were several areas where the renovation quality was poor. There was also virtually no security in the building while we were there. Anyone could walk into the building with an access card and get to any area on any floor. The areas under renovation were wide open 24 hours with lights left on, windows and door left open. The grounds were unkept due to the ongoing renovations. We enjoyed our stay but would not stay in this building again.The lack of security and unkept grounds affected our overally quality rating.

The townhouse units on the golf course side need major updating. Dirty carpets, old appliances. No accessible units. There were two positives for the unit … comfortable beds and newer, clean showers with good water pressure. The staff were wonderful but couldn’t do anything about the unit, not their fault.

The resort was amazing, staff are very friendly and courteous. The rooms are very clean and beds very comfortable. The view was amazing overlooking the lake and the location is very close distance to downtown collingwood. we just loved it and we'll be back again.
